Deniva likes to minimize the shelf life of its products and hence, we make in small batches except for our best-sellers. Once the order is placed, a request from our back-end team would be sent to the warehouse. The warehouse then checks for availability, and in the event of availability, we ship your goods immediately.
If unavailable, our artisans would handcraft and deliver you at the earliest.
The maximum time limit for either case is 10 days from the date of ordering.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email providing you with your tracking number and the details of the carrier. You can use this number to track the delivery of your order.
Deniva bares all shipping charges for order value above ₹500. However, a maximum charge of ₹60 would be charged for any cart value less than ₹500.
Deniva has automated most of its back-end process for a streamline and turbulent free service. Hence, we cannot change your delivery address once your order has been placed. Please cancel and reorder the same.
