Return/ Exchange Policy:

We understand that sometimes a product may not be quite what you were expecting, or it may be damaged or faulty. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a hassle-free return policy. If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. A timeline above this would void the Return/ Exchange Policy.

2. Provide your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and any relevant photos in the “Return/ Exchange Form”, that can be found on the “Returns, Refund and Cancellation Policy” page.

3. Our team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the item and arrange for reverse pickup. In case your destination is not accessible by our shipping partner, shipping will be your responsibility, and we recommend that you use a tracked shipping method to ensure that the item is returned safely.

4. Once we receive the item and verify that it is in its original condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please return the product with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other documents in order to avoid and penal fee up to 200inr on a case to case basis.

5. We try to complete the Product Safety Protocol process in not more than 3 business days.

Please note that goods sold during discounted sale, or on offers would not be considered for returns.

Refund Policy:

We strive to ensure that all products are of the highest quality and meet our customers' expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy. Please follow these steps to request a refund:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. A timeline above this would void the Return Policy. Follow the instructions given in the Return/ Exchange Policy of this website.

We try to complete the Product Safety Protocol process in not more than 3 business days. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed, and it will be refunded back to the original payment method used to make the purchase. In case of COD orders, the COD fee is non-refundable as it is a fee charged towards service charge for providing the facility by the shipping partner.

Please note that, in case of COD order, the refund amount would be reversed as store credit only for security and technical reasons.

Also note on the reverse shipment charges from the Return/ Exchange Policy column. An additional restocking fee may be charged on a case to case basis.


Cancellation Policy:

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order, and we strive to make this process as easy as possible. If you need to cancel an order, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for cancellation.
  3. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and process your refund.
  4. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy for instructions on how to return the item.

Please note that if your order has already been shipped and you refuse to accept the delivery, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
