Return Policy:

We understand that sometimes a product may not be
quite what you were expecting, or it may be damaged or faulty. We want you to
be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a hassle-free return
policy. If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:

1. Raise for Return using our Return Portal within 48 hours of receiving your order. A timeline above this
would void the Return Eligibility.

2. Provide your order number, the reason for the
return, and any relevant photos in the Return Portal.

3. Our team will review your request and provide you
with instructions on how to return the item and arrange for reverse pickup. In
case your destination is not accessible by our shipping partner, shipping will
be your responsibility, and we recommend that you use a tracked shipping method
to ensure that the item is returned
safely and in saleable condition
. There is no additional shipping fee
deducted in case the shipping has been carried out from your end.

4. Once we receive the item and verify that it is in
its original condition, we will process your refund. Make sure to return the
product with all tags attached in its
original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice
& other documents
to consider the return request.

5. We try to complete the “Product Resellabilty Protocol
in 48 hours
(Sundays and public holiday excluded).

Please note that
items purchased during discounted sales or offered at promotional prices are
not eligible for returns. Please refer to our size chart before making the
purchase since returns aren't accepted for sizing issues.

Refund:

Once the product is received at the warehouse, we try
to complete the Product Resellabilty
Protocol
in 48 hours (Sundays and public holiday excluded).

Prepaid Orders:

Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for your refund to be
processed to the original payment mode and a nominal fee of ₹150 is debited
towards restocking, shipping and other fees. However, our store credit process is instant with no deductions.

COD Orders:

Please note that it may take up to 7 business days
for your refund to be processed via UPI mode and a nominal fee of ₹150 is
debited towards restocking, shipping and other fees. However, our store credit process is instant with no
deductions
. In case of COD orders, the COD fee is non-refundable as it is a
fee charged towards service charge for providing the facility by the shipping
partner, if applicable.

Exchange Policy:

We

exchange an item, please follow these steps:

1. Raise for Exchange using our Return & Exchange
Portal within 7 days of receiving your order. A timeline above this would void
the Exchange Eligibility.

2. Provide your order number, the reason for the
exchange, and any relevant photos in the Return & Exchange Portal.

3. Our team will review your request and provide you
with instructions on how to exchange the item and arrange for reverse pickup.
In case your destination is not accessible by our shipping partner, shipping
will be your responsibility, and we recommend that you use a tracked shipping
method to ensure that the item is returned safely. There is no fee deducted in
case the shipping has been carried out from your end.

4. Once we receive the item and verify that it is in
its original condition, we will process your new item immediately. Make sure to
return the product with all tags
attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier
receipt, invoice & other documents
to accept the exchange request.

Please note that
items purchased during discounted sales or offered at promotional prices are
not eligible for exchange. However, in the event that you receive a damaged or
defective product, we will gladly replace it if requested within 48hrs of
delivery. Please note that the replacement product will be the same as the one
originally ordered by the customer and it can't be exchanged with other
products.

Re-attempts:

If after multiple
re-attempts for delivery of the product, the product is shipped back to us,
after which the customer asks for a re-delivery, the customer shall have to
bear the complete RTO charges levied by the delivery partner on us.

Cancellation Policy:

We
understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order, and we strive to
make this process as easy as possible. If you need to cancel an order, please
follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team as soon as
possible.

2. Provide your order number and the reason for
cancellation.

3. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will
cancel the order and process your refund.

4. If your order has already been shipped, please
refer to our return policy for instructions on how to return the item.

Please note that if your order has already been
shipped and you refuse to accept the delivery, the cost of return shipping will
be deducted from your refund.
