Answer - To clean stains on vegan leather bags, use a cotton pad soaked in oil (coconut oil works well). For fabric bags, simply wipe them with a dry cloth. Some fabric bags are also washable. Quick and easy fix!
Question - How to store your bag ?
Answer - To keep your bags in good shape, store them so they don't get flattened. If you're not using them soon, keep the paper fillings they came with to maintain their shape. And, don't stack heavy stuff on top of them. Easy peasy!If your bag has creases or folds, flatten it by filling the bag or placing a slightly heavy object on it. Let it sit undisturbed to minimize crease marks.

Answer - Store your bags and wallets on a shelf instead of hanging them for too long, as this can wear out the handles. Be cautious about placing pointed objects near your bags, and resist the urge to overstuff your bags, as it could harm the zippers. We offer a hassle-free return policy. Items can be returned if they don't meet your expectations or are damaged/faulty.
- Use the Return Portal within 48 hours of receiving your order. Allow us 2 business days to revert to the Return Request.
- Items bought during discounted sales or promotional prices are not eligible for returns.
- Check our size chart before purchasing, as returns are not accepted based on size issues.
- Refund is processed once the product completes warehouse inspection. Average refund timeline is 7 days.

You can raise for Exchange using our Return & Exchange Portal within 7 days of receiving your order. A timeline above this would void the Exchange Eligibility.
