We make maximum details about the product available online in order to avoid returns. However, we might still have missed some points which initiated your purchase with us. So, we understand. Do write to us within 2 days of purchase and we shall work on the same.

We also request you to give your inputs to help us maximize the available details in order to minimize any/all refunds in future. Deniva is working towards a lean system from ideation to delivery.

In spite of having stringent QC firewalls, if you still receive any defective product, do write to us. However, using the product and returning the same is not being accepted at the moment.

Deniva will refund you using the same method used for payment as soon as your items have been checked by our QC team for any post delivery defects. Once we confirm you on the same, we would initiate the refund. Our payment partner would complete the transaction between 7-10 days.

Post return, our QC inspectors would check for any post-purchase defects. If the goods are considered in perfect condition, new and unused and if the tags are still attached, Deniva will refund you in full.

Considering a lean system from ideation to final delivery, all our MRP doesn’t include any return to origin fee. Thus, the reverse pickup charges charged by our partner would be barred by you. However, if the reason for return is genuine, then Deniva would bare the charges.
