We at Deniva place highest emphasis on quality consistency, and hence follow a strict quality control process within our design, manufacturing facility and logistics team.
However, as much as we try eliminating it, there might a rare hiccup in the product from our end. In the event that you receive a damaged product from us, you can choose either for an exchange or a refund. Kindly note that the process has to be initiated from your end either by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within the first 48 hours from receiving the product. Exceptions are allowed in the case of weekend delivery. The customer is responsible for the return charges.
The following criteria are considered as damage
Hardware not working (Zippers, push buttons etc)
Hardware rusted (Zippers, push buttons etc)
Material – the Leather has been torn or ripped. Stain Marks, tears or holes in the fabrics and other lining materials.
The following aspects will not be considered as damage
Mild variation in the dimensions of the product.
Variation in colour of the materials used in the product. Kindly note that the leather colour variation will be present. For more details read – Our Terms and Conditions
Issue with the colour of the Hardware used in the product.
In case of any of above-mentioned problem, you can initiate the exchange/return & refund process.
RETURN AND REFUND:
The return pickup will be arranged by Deniva within three working days once one/all of the above criterion is met. Make sure to cover your Deniva products securely in the same package as you received your product. Your return would be considered complete only if we receive all additional accessories that comes with the product.
The refund will be initiated upon receiving the product from your end and the process typically take 3 days. The amount will be credited back to the same account from which the sale transaction was processed within 7 to 10 days.
The pickup will be arranged as soon as our customer support person acknowledges your exchange/ return and refund mail. As soon as we receive the returned product which will typically take 2-3 days, the product of your choice will be shipped to you. If the selected product is priced higher than the returned product, the selected product will be shipped to you with the difference as bill payable. If the selected product is priced lower, the remaining amount will be credited back to your Deniva account within 3 days.
In case you want to change the product as soon as you placed the order, kindly reach to us at email@example.com immediately so that the choice of product can be changed before any shipment occurs and a lot of hassles can be avoided.
