By accessing or using our website in any way, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions of use, Privacy Policy, and other transaction policies such as Return/Refund/Exchange Policy – collectively called as our terms and conditions, as well as any other laws and regulations which apply to this website. Furthermore, any order or enquiry placed with us through our website shall be subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in this page including but not limited to our Pricing policy, Cancellation policy and other usage policies and any such further terms and conditions will be updated here and it is the responsibility of the user to be appraised of the same. By continuing to use this website, you acknowledge that you have read understood and accepted all of the terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. However, if you do not or cannot accept our terms and conditions as a whole and without modification, you may stop accessing or using our website immediately.

The use of this website and any information contain therein is at the user’s discretion and risk. Deniva is not liable for any gaps in accuracy, error, incompleteness of information, representation of any data provided in this website beyond its products to the fullest extent permissible by law.

Deniva is not to be held responsible/liable for the actions/decisions of the users of its website in connection with any information contained within the website. Any links to any internet sites, and the information in them, contained within the Deniva website provided by any third party are not represented or endorsed by Deniva. Accessing of any such links/websites and their information is under the sole discretion of the user.

Any data loss/theft/damage to software or hardware or any other compromise of data security due to virus attack/defects or technical problem or monetary loss through fraudulent activities such phishing or other methods, due to the accessing of any such links/websites contained in the site is at the user’s risk and Deniva is not liable to such incidents/outcomes.

Deniva is not to be held responsible for any physical injury/illness or allergic reactions the buyer or any person in relation may sustain due to the use of leather, hardware or any surrogate material used within our products or use of products themselves.

Upon using this website, the user automatically certifies that he/she is above the age of 18 (or whatever is the legal age in any country this website is accessed from) or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Deniva does not take up the responsibility nor can it be held liable for any credit/debit card or digital payment fraud. It is the onus of the individual to use their own card/digital payment method. If any such occurrence such as fraudulent use of card/user ID and payment details occurs, the liability of using a card/user ID and payment details fraudulently will fall on the user and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on the user only.

FOR PRE-PAID ORDERS

All the shipping and delivery policy stated below are applicable for pan India delivery services only. Deniva intends to keep stock of all its running styles in order to provide customers with quicker delivery. However, at times the products run out of stock due to high demand and in that case, the delivery shall be processed between 7-14 days from the date of placing the order. Kindly ensure the availability of the products while placing the orders. The cost for sending the products to your hands will be borne by Deniva and the shipping will be free of cost to all parts within India.

 

FOR COD

Excluding the Shipping rates, there would be an additional cost of Rs. 100 for all Cash on Delivery orders.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We at Deniva also take up international delivery. The policy for which would be on a case to case basis. Kindly reach out to us at our customer support 9677-777-333 between 10AM and 5PM or support@deniva.in for further details on international shipment.

We at Deniva place highest emphasis on quality consistency, and hence follow a strict quality control process within our design, manufacturing facility and logistics team.

However, as much as we try eliminating it, there might a rare hiccup in the product from our end. In the event that you receive a damaged product from us, you can choose either for an exchange or a refund. Kindly note that the process has to be initiated from your end either by writing to us at support@deniva.in or by calling us at 96777-777-333 (between 10AM to 5PM) within the first 36 hours from receiving the product. Exceptions are allowed in the case of weekend delivery.

The following criteria are considered as damage

  • Hardware not working (Zippers, push buttons etc)
  • Material – the Leather has been torn or ripped. Stain Marks, tears or holes in the fabrics and other lining materials.

Kindly get in touch with us for any other damage apart from this.

The following aspects will not be considered as damage

  • Mild variation in the dimensions of the product.
  • Variation in colour of the materials used in the product. Kindly note that the leather colour variation will be present with respect to the device display from which the product is looked at.
  • Issue with the colour of the Hardware used in the product.

In case of any of above-mentioned problem, you can initiate the exchange/return & refund process.

The pickup will be arranged as soon as our customer support acknowledges your exchange e-mail. Once the product reaches the Deniva warehouse, which typically takes between 2-3 days, a new product would be sent to your address.

Deniva accepts returning of the product if one or all above criterion are met. The return pickup will be arranged by Deniva within three working days. Kindly make sure to cover your Deniva products securely in a bubble wrap so that the product is in resaleable condition. Your return would be considered complete only if we receive all additional accessories that comes with the product.

The refund will be initiated upon receiving the product from your end and the process typically take 3 days. The amount will be credited back to the same account from which the sale transaction was processed within 7 to 10 days. In case of COD orders, the team would collect the banking details to which the fund has to be credited.

Please note that the transportation for the return is to be bared by the customer and hence, a sum of Rs. 100 would be deducted for orders within Rs. 1000 and Rs. 200 for orders above Rs.2000.

Note: Each bag purchased from us would let you denote a school bag to an underprivileged child. Returning right after purchase does cause us pain. We are sure it does for you too. So kindly make sure the reasons are genuine.

Due to varying market trends and demands, some or all of our products may be out of stock or may lead to delay in shipment and delivery than the stated time window as per our policy. Deniva cannot be held responsible for the same. All time windows mentioned are only tentative approximation and Deniva does not make an agreement to meet the same even though we try to deliver on our word.

We at Deniva work to keep our customers informed of our stock through our website and the last few stocks left are displayed in our website in product description section. Deniva holds full rights to makes changes, withdraw or stop the production of any or all of its products at any time and without any prior notice.

All transactions and prices mentioned in the website refer to Indian rupee also designated as INR (₹). The prices listed for every product is inclusive of any tax applicable. In such cases as this condition is not applicable, specific information regarding other taxes/levies/charges will be made available before or at the checkout page during the payment phase of the transaction.

In case of international shipping, the prices may vary due to the dynamic nature of Indian rupee value with respect to the foreign currency applicable in the purchase involved. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make the payment in equivalent currency for such transaction and to ensure there is no discrepancy.

Prices may vary with time, place and location from where the website is accessed. Deniva holds full authority over its pricing and the changes may occur without any notification within the window of the transaction. The prices mentioned in the checkout page are to be treated as binding and final for the transaction. All rights to modify its product prices and services are reserved by Sango Leather.

The default prices displayed on the website are applicable for shipping within India only and the corresponding price for any international shipping are to be verified with the customer support at support@deniva.in.

All our products have a year warranty from the day they are bought, when used within the normal conditions and for the purposes intended. Do not overstuff your Deniva products beyond the designed level as given in the product description. Example, use of more than the stated number of cards will result in undue stress on the leather and its stitching and this will affect the life span of the product. Sharp objects without covering (knife, pins etc) may end up damaging the product and such damages will not be covered under our warranty policy.

Our warranty covers all the, if any, faults in Hardware and the materials used and do not cover unreasonable usage including but not limited to those stated above. We do promise a long life of the leather materials but the warranty does not cover the general wear and tear due to use under overstuffed condition.

At Deniva, we source our materials from the best among the market and ensure the quality through our vigorous QC firewalls. Withstanding that, our warranty does not extend to the press buttons used in the products beyond the reasonable level. If any defect on such part of the product is found upon receipt the responsibility solely lies on the customer to inform Deniva customer care through Exchange/Return and Refund option within the first 48 hours. We will take the necessary steps for the same on a case to case basis. Deniva also lays high emphasis on its shipping quality and ensures there is no damage to the product in shipment. If any such unforeseen damages are to occur, the said faults are to be claimed within the first 48 hours. Exceptions are allowed in the case of weekend deliveries. There might be mild variations in the colour of the product from the photographs displayed in the website, though we try and reduce this variation as much as possible. Customers need to understand that leather is a natural material has varying hues based on the way it is treated and the climatic conditions. Warranty, return or exchanges based on the product colour not meeting the same will not be entertained as long as the variation is minimal and there is no compromise in the quality of the product. Any claims made under this condition will be decided as seen fit on a case to case basis by the leather experts at Deniva.

In order to make a warranty claim, you need to have purchased your Deniva product through our website. The Deniva warranty sits alongside applicable consumer protection law as applicable in the nation of sale.
