Getting to Know Us:

What are your hours of operation?

We are open from Monday to Saturday between 8:30 Am to 6:00 Pm. We do have a holiday policy as per Govt norms and during public holidays we are closed.

Do you have a physical store?

At the moment we don’t have a physical store. We are constantly working towards meeting our customer needs. Yes, we assure you’d soon hear from us about the new store in your locality.

How do I place an order?

Please visit www.deniva.in for more information on the product. We don’t want you to miss out on any information on the order. In case you have any questions, we are available on 91500-77349.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, a few BNPL apps and even COD to make your purchase with us a hassle free one.

Do you have a size chart for your products?

We do have a size reference under each product in the form of photograph, where the product is compared to real life things and objects for easier identification of dimensions.

How do I care for my products?

What materials are your products made of?

Our team explores the possibility to use varied materials to make your product look and feel worth spending money on. At present we are working with Cotton Canvas, Different varieties of Nylon, Leather and High Quality Vegan Leather.

Can I order a product that's out of stock or on pre-order?

Yes. We continue to take orders even when the product is out of stock. We also mention the approximate restock date on the product page. Please write to us at support@deniva.in if you have any questions. Alternatively you can Insta DM us too.

Is it normal to have markings on the leather?

Yes, that is normal. Genuine full-grain leather has distinct markings. We cut our designs from a leather hide and work around any markings that aren’t complementary to the design. Scratches and defects are common to all species, and we adore the natural markings found in leather.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Yes. We do offer discounts from time to time. Do subscribe to our e-newsletter for more offer details.

Do you offer gift cards?

No. We don’t have gift cards as such at the moment. Now that you have shown interest, we shall buckle up and work on the Gift Cards. However, at the moment there are more insightful offers and do subscribe to our e-newsletter for more offer details.

Can I get a discount code for my first purchase?

Thank you for the trust you had in us. We do run discounts for the first time experience you are having with us. The discount code usually pops on the home page. In case it’s hard for you to find them, please do connect with us at 91500-77349 for more details.

Do you offer wholesale pricing for retailers?

Yes. We’d like to partner with you. Do write us an email on the same with your contact details and we shall connect you ASAP.

What is your loyalty program, and how does it work?

We haven’t started a loyalty program at the moment. If you like us to start one, do show us your interest by clicking this. We shall work on it and get one in place sooner.

How do I track my order?

We would be sharing an email with the shipping information with the courier partner name and the tracking number once the shipment process is initiated from our end. The order processing time is 1-2 working days.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes. You can cancel or modify your order at any time and no fee is charged for this. However, make sure to do the same before the shipment process is initiated. In case the shipment is despatched, a small RTO fee would be deducted based on your destination and product dimension.

Shipping:

What are your shipping options?

We have just one standard shipping option. In case you have any concerns or specific requirements, do get in touch with us before we start the shipping process, which is usually 1-2 working days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We do offer free shipping from our warehouse to your destination on all orders above Rs. 500.

How long does it take to process and ship an order?

We like to keep the wait time to minimum and we are constantly working towards reducing the timeline. Our current process time is 1-2 business days.

Can I change the shipping address for my order?

Yes. That is totally cool with us before we initiate your shipment, which is usually 1-2 working days. Once the shipment leaves the warehouse, we wouldn’t be able to help you in the situation.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we haven’t started international shipping. However from time to time we do get international orders and we are shipping them and charging extra for the shipping. Please do note, any duty, taxes or other fee charged by your country has to be paid from your end.

Returns/ Exchange:

What is your return policy?

Do visit our Return Policy page located at the bottom of the website for more details. Don’t forget to check the return policy during the Check-Out page too. Yes. You can cancel or modify your order at any time and no fee is charged for this. However, make sure to do the same before the shipment process is initiated. In case the shipment is despatched, a small RTO fee would be deducted based on your destination and package size.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

We have rigorous QC firewalls to stop any defective product from reaching your hands. However, in spite of that, if you receive any damaged product, please check our “Returns/ Exchange Policy” for the same.

Can I return or exchange a sale item?

No. Returns or exchanges on an “On-Sale” item can’t be processed. If you have any concerns, do write to us. Check the “Returns/ Refund” page for more information.
